Mizuna
- Makes a rosette of finely cut leaves. It can be harvested over a long season, at any stage, from small seedlings to large plants, a few leaves at a time. The flowering shoots are also edible. An essential part of mixed salads.

Mibuna
- This unusual Japanese green requires very little preparation. Plants grow to about one foot tall and produce tight clusters of long, narrow, rounded dark green leaves. Enjoy its light mustard flavor in a salad or as a side dish green, lightly cooked and seasoned.
The leaves are also excellent for pickling.

Rocket Salad Leaf
- A strong, peppery leaf with jagged-edged indented leaves and a pleasant bite. Because of its strong flavour, a little goes a long way.
Uses: It goes well with Mediterranean ingredients such as Parmesan cheese and pine nuts. Add to salads or hot pasta, serve with goat's cheese or use as a garnish.
